Combine two or more PDFs into one file
Joining a few PDFs into one file — marksheets, application documents, a set of bills — is the fastest job on this site. Pick your files, use the arrow buttons to set the order, and press Merge. Everything runs inside your browser, so nothing is uploaded to a server.
Most application portals give you a single upload box. Your marksheet, your ID proof, your caste or income certificate and your photograph are four separate files, and the form will take one. Merging them in the order the form lists is usually all it wants.
The same problem turns up with bills for a reimbursement claim, chapters of notes shared one at a time on WhatsApp, and scanned pages that came out of a scanner as separate files.
Set the order before you merge, not after — reordering afterwards means going to Organize Pages and moving pages one by one. Files are joined top to bottom exactly as the list shows them.
If a form specifies an order — ID proof first, then qualification, then category certificate — follow it. Offices reject documents for this.
Four scans joined together often lands at eight or ten megabytes, and portals frequently cap uploads at two. Run the merged file through Compress PDF. If it still will not fit, PDF to Black & White shrinks colour scans dramatically, and Split by File Size can break it into parts under a limit.
There is no fixed limit. Twenty or thirty files go through comfortably; very large files simply take a little longer because the work happens on your own device.
