Reorder, rotate, duplicate or delete pages
Every page appears as a small preview. Move pages with the arrows, turn them with ↻, duplicate with ⧉ and remove with ✕ — all on one screen, then save.
Deleting and reordering pages by typing numbers works, but it is easy to get wrong on a long document — you cannot see whether page 14 is the one you meant. Here every page is shown as a picture, so you rearrange a scanned bundle the way you would shuffle paper on a desk.
This is the tool for a scan that came out in the wrong order, a report where an annexure belongs at the end rather than the middle, or a bundle where one page is upside down and two are blank.
If you only need to remove a few known pages, Delete PDF Pages is quicker. If every page needs the same rotation, Rotate PDF does it in one step. Come here when the job needs judgement rather than a list of numbers.
Press ⧉ on that page to duplicate it.
Not at all — the pages are copied exactly as they are.
