Make a scan-and-pay QR for your shop
Make your own scan-and-pay poster for the shop counter. Enter your UPI ID and name, and a fixed amount if you want one. Download the QR as a PNG or straight as an A4 PDF — it scans with any UPI app.
Straight into the account behind the UPI ID you typed. The QR is nothing more than a link containing your UPI ID and, if you set one, the amount. There is no middleman, no account to open here, and no commission — this page just draws the code.
That also means the accuracy of the UPI ID is entirely on you. One wrong character and the money goes to a stranger. Copy it from your payment app rather than typing it from memory, and always test the printed QR with a one-rupee payment.
An open QR — no amount — is what most shops want. The customer scans and types whatever they owe. One printed code covers every sale.
A fixed QR is useful for a single repeated price: a ₹20 entry fee, a ₹50 monthly subscription, a specific invoice. The amount is filled in for the payer and cannot be typed wrong.
Print it at least 5 cm across — smaller than that and older phone cameras struggle. Keep the white border around the code; it is part of how a scanner finds the edges. Print in black on white, not colour on a dark background, and avoid glossy lamination that throws a reflection back at the camera under a tube light.
Stick it at chest height where a customer can hold a phone steady, not flat on the counter where they have to lean over it.
If you run a print or photocopy shop, the Shop Counter page goes a step further: the customer scans one QR, picks the exact pages they want printed, and the amount is worked out from your own per-page rate before they pay. The money still goes directly to your UPI ID, and their file arrives on your screen ready to print.
No. It is a QR built from a standard UPI link that sends payment to the UPI ID you entered. Send yourself ₹1 first to test it.
The customer types the amount, which is usually what a shop wants.
Straight to the UPI ID you entered. This site never handles any payment.
No. Any personal or business UPI ID works. Very high volumes of personal-account payments can attract questions from your bank, so if the shop grows, ask them about a merchant account.
No. We never touch the money — the QR points at your UPI ID and nothing else.
Not on this page. Print the QR and paste it onto your own printed poster if you want branding around it; just do not cover any part of the code itself.
Any UPI app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and the UPI section of most banking apps. It is a standard UPI link, not an app-specific code.
Usually it is printed too small, too dark, or laminated with a shiny finish under a bright light. Print it bigger, on matte paper, and keep the white margin.
No. The code is drawn in your browser and nothing is sent to us.
