1. Using the service

FileHub's tools are free and provided "as is". Please use them only for lawful purposes.

2. Your responsibility

You confirm that you own the files you process, or have permission to use them. Altering or forging an official document, or misusing somebody else's document, is a criminal offence — the responsibility for that rests entirely with you.

3. No guarantee

We work hard to make the output correct, but no result can be guaranteed 100%. Check the output yourself before anything important, and keep a backup of your original file.

4. Print sizes

Print tools such as the passport photo and ID card sheets only come out at the right size when you select "Actual size / 100%" in your printer dialog. Printer settings are outside our control.

5. Liability

FileHub is not liable for any data loss, misprint or business loss.

6. Changes

We may add or remove tools, or change these terms, at any time.
