How it works
- Fill in your shop name, your UPI ID and your per-page rates, then press Save & go online.
- Print the QR poster and stick it on your counter.
- A customer scans it on their phone, picks the file and ticks exactly the pages they want.
- The price is worked out from the pages they picked. They pay on UPI — the money goes
straight into your account, with nobody in between and no commission.
- Their file arrives on this screen. Check the payment on your phone, press Print now,
and the printer does the rest.
What it costs you
Nothing. There is no monthly fee and no payment gateway, because the customer pays your UPI ID
directly. You only pay for paper and toner, as always.
Where the file goes
The file travels from the customer's phone straight to this computer over a direct connection.
It is never stored on any server, and once you close this page it is gone.
Things worth knowing
- Keep this page open while your shop is open — jobs can only arrive while it is running.
- Payment is not verified automatically. Without a payment gateway no website can confirm
a UPI payment, so check the notification on your phone before you press Print. That one tap is
your protection.
- Set a page limit (50 by default) so nobody can send a 300-page job.
- Leave auto-print off unless you are standing at the machine.
- Both devices need internet. If the connection cannot be made, the customer is offered a
download so they can hand you the file at the counter instead.
FAQ
Do I need a Razorpay or payment gateway account?
No. The customer's UPI app pays your UPI ID directly, exactly as if they scanned a shop QR.
There is no gateway, no KYC and no commission.
What if a customer says they paid but did not?
Their job sits in the queue as "Waiting" until you press Print. Check your UPI notification
first — if there is no payment, press Reject.
Can I print without touching the computer?
You can switch on auto-print, but then anything that arrives is printed immediately, paid or
not. Use it only while you are at the machine.
Does the customer need an app?
No. The QR opens a normal web page in their phone's browser.
