Whether you are sending pages on WhatsApp or putting them on a website, you often need images instead of a PDF. Pick a quality (normal, high or print) and download all the images in one ZIP.

Higher settings mean larger files. If the images are only going on a phone screen, High is plenty and Print just wastes megabytes.
JPG for pages with photographs — much smaller files. PNG for pages of text, line drawings or tables, where JPG compression can put a faint fuzz around the letters. If you are unsure and the page is mostly text, PNG is the safer choice.
High (144 dpi) is plenty for WhatsApp. Choose Print (216 dpi) if you plan to print them.
